Im definitely gonna do the draft, even tho I may have little or no work done in with the collab. Is it possible to bring 2 of the sets? I might bring my moc from the next GC to the event tho I'll add you on the list. It would be better if we just did one each simply because we already have so many. If anyone is interested, we can do the $20 fort as well too. Would you be interested in the other set? Quick question! Are we suppose to register under the collab if we are assisting, and if yes how do I go about doing that? I've already registered the main MOC. Any other LoR MOC's can be registered like Gary said.

Okay, I'm still alive! Alright, so I can contribute as of right now 8 plain dark tan modules. I have more dark tan than I have baseplates available, so I can bring plenty of dark tan to the actual fair if we can secure baseplates/etc. I don't have a whole lot of border pieces though. Anyway, so I can definitely do at least 8 of the 15 that we need, did we want some mild terrain or anything, or are we just going to do straight up flat landscape? EDIT- also, yeah totally down for soldiers fort- just bring your own to the fair right?

WATERLOO UPDATE: AK_Brickster Tan, not dark tan legs. And to Schmidt as well, these Cuirassiers are more important than ever. If you look the new plan I put on my FLICKR, we need as many as we can get. Joshua and I have built 16 now but can't afford any more. SO your's are really critical! Thank you!

Gary, if you are in desperate need certain minifig, send me some prices and i'll see if i can spare some. Same thing with the LOR collab, anyway I can assist money/resource way I'll see what I can do. Now that my main moc is almost done I can spare some stuff into the collabs.
Edit: By prices I mean the average piece price I can get on bricklink, and maybe some sellers if you know any

Other than that, we have our parts and just need to build like madmen....

gary, I just ordered 10 Cuirassiers using the Eomer helmets, along with tan legs, blue torso and arms and white hands. I didn't get horses but I can probably just get them at the event. The blue torsos have printing but the breast plate should cover them, if not I know/can remove the ink. I needed the helmets anyway for a future project after BF.
Hopefully these will help.

I have the baseplates. I will bring some extra dark tan. Can you bring yours as well? This will cover us just in case. I will also bring the border pieces too.
I will post a checklist the day before I leave of all that we need.
Yes, just bring your own set.

Ok, I'm looking at 22 altogether. I think I may have a few more helms laying around somewhere. We will see.

Do we still need small builds to populate the city? Market stands, carts, wagons, barrels, baskets, construction equipment, siege engines/defense weapons, etc.? If so, some of us who can't come the whole time can build some of those and hand them off, send them out, or work out some other way to put them in the display.

I found two more helms last night, so I'm up to 21 Cuirassiers to send over. Should be able to send them tomorrow or next day, assuming I get answers to what weapons (if any) to include and whether or not you need horses for them.
Just don't mix up mine with Schmidt's. I don't want any of his inferior parts to touch mine. Eww.

It lacks nothing. We do need siege weapons though. I found two more helms last night, so I'm up to 21 Cuirassiers to send over. Hopefully these will help. Awesome!!! Thanks Sir Hamlock, that will be more the merrier. We have a plan to distinguish who's figs are where too. I think you'll be happy you chucked in, this is going to quite the display. Ok, I'm looking at 22 altogether. I think I may have a few more helms laying around somewhere. We will see. Outstanding! Yeah, if you have spare helms then bring them in case we can build a few more. Awesome Sam! I found two more helms last night, so I'm up to 21 Cuirassiers to send over. Should be able to send them tomorrow or next day, assuming I get answers to what weapons (if any) to include and whether or not you need horses for them. YES! Sabres from the Pirate line work well for their main weapons. We have 20 spare horses too, and the last remaining guy will be...well...he just won't be needin' dat horse no mo' = Just don't mix up mine with Schmidt's. I don't want any of his inferior parts to touch mine. Eww. Cuirassier Cooties! But we've got a plan... I am going to lick all of your minifigs. Must be a Deep-South thing! But don't worry AK, I'll roll them around in our cat's "sandbox" before Brickfair so Sam won't lick them. Who says biological warfare can't solve our problems? Wow, our 16 + Sam's 22 + AK's 21 + Sir Hamlock's 10, that's almost 60, Magnifique! The plan is to put white rubber bands around AK's and have them attacking's Kempt's Regimental Square (RG). Sam's will be plain and attacking Pack's Regimental Square. We'll put black rubber bands on Sir Hamlock's and they will be attacking the Black Brunswickers RG, and ours will be plain attacking Ompteda's RG. Done. And just to be clear, no, there will actually be no biological warfare allowed. After all, it had't been invented yet in 1815

Yeah I'm still coming Schmidt. My plates are ready to go. I might add layering or small rocks on them. I'll take a picture of everything I'm bringing when I get home.

Here is the finished road along with a closeup of the second half of it. Let me know if it is up to par so I can change it in advance. I just got my order in today so I can still widen, shorten, or add other things to it if you want me to! -Nick
