Hey Nick,
C1 needs to have a black border on its edge like the ones previously posted. If you don't have the pieces for the border I will bring them.
Otherwise it looks awesome!!

This afternoon, and they are great, even with those toeless chima panties. Also, I forgot to mention that the Curassiers all wore gloves so we have been switching them out. But with yours yellow hands, it's another way to tell them apart from Schmidt's. We'll get them back to you as soon as their tour of duty is over. And don't worry, The Tongue of Schmidt shall not strike them down

I will not be able to get the black border up in time for BFVA, but I might have some pieces available to help out with it. Most of my black pieces are currently used up at the moment.

No worries Nick, I will bring the pieces. There will be some building we have to get done there anyway, so it will work out. The amount of layering is fine. In fact, you could probably take some off if you would like. So glad to have these modules! The army of minifigs is great, we will definitely put them to use!

Alright, since my modules are finished, do we still need figs? Apart from my sigfig, I can bring some cavalry for Garheim if we need it.

Yes I would bring as many LoR themed figs that you have, just to be sure. I will bring over 800 myself. We won't have the space for all of these, but it will be better to have too many than too little.

Hey guys, sorry for not posting sooner, but real life got in the way. I am building the lighthouse, and it's almost done. I'll be posting the photos within the next few days.

Hey guys,
I don't think we realize just how massive this collab will look. The city, docks and castle walls look awesome by theirselves! I ended up extending the docks another baseplate (layout is unaffected) so the city looks that much bigger. This is going to be a killer display!
Here is the schedule in place for our LoR based events:
1.) Minifig Swap - Friday: 1:00pm 2.) Parts Draft 1 (Pirates Soldiers Fort) - Friday: 4:30pm - 5:30 pm 3.) Willards BBQ Dinner - Friday: 7:00pm - 8:00pm 4.) Parts Draft 2 (Pirates Soldiers Outpost) - Friday: 8:30pm - 9:30pm
Additionally, I would encourage you all to check out Dirty Brickster. Me and Daniel both participated in it last year and it was a lot of fun.
Gary, do you know when your seminar is yet?

Also, in case you haven't seen it, here is the schedule for the entire Brickfair. www.brickfair.com/schedule/The map of the expo center is beneath it. We are in the back right corner this year, but at least we are not by the stay and play.

Sam, thanks for the schedule, Todd hasn't assigned seminar times yet so now I can deconflict them. Cheers brother, greatly looking forward to hanging out...after Joshua and I get our 1200 minifigures in Waterloo set....whew! By the time Casey, Ken and the rest add theirs in, should be over 2000 in the display. So, as far as whose collab is bigger in number of minifigs, Waterloo or LoR.... It's SO on!

I should be able to do both of the drafts, I don't know about the dinner.
Schmidt, glad you liked Dirty Brickster last year, I'll relay it to my dad(He hosted it the last few years, sadly not this year)
Gary, I did get the 10 Cuirassiers, and I was able to get horses and swords for them too, so they're all ready.

I'm down for all LoR events!
Quick question: What are the guidelines for the minifig swap?
