Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on here in awhile, been feverishly working on the farm, ( see the pun there?) a lot these past few weeks, plus I was in Arizona for eighteen days, but I'm back now. Schmidt: Due to my heavy contributions to the Waterloo display, I will probably not be able to build any modules for this. However, I will be contributing the LNS Marauder, as well as substantial Lenfel and Outlaw armies, as well as smaller Loreesi and Garheim forces, and maybe a Loreesi ship, if I have the time. I'll try to get the army personnel numbers to you sometime soon, hopefully. Also, we're working on the Epic Soundtrack for the display. And don't worry, we'll be able to hear it over the public. Cheers, Joshua

RBCustoms What module did you have? If it comes down to it, I might be able to build one module and send it to someone.

Hey Gary, do you still need me to look into putting together some Frenchies for your display? I should have some time tonight to look, if so. Sorry, have been swamped

Quick Update: 1) All 6 base plates are now covered with dark tan plates! 2) Half of the plates now have road on them! I am considering adding 1x1 dark gray or light gray studs for rocks on the road as well. Furthermore, let me know if you want the road more staggered, wider, etc. I need maybe one more order and I should be able to finish the second half and have the road done. Thanks in advance, - Nick

I think it looks great Nick. There will be so many figures outside the walls, that this is more than adequate. If you want to stagger it feel free too. I would add the 1x1 studs sporadically, as that would give a sense of continuity within the city walls which are filled with them.

Allright,
We are getting close to crunch time and I am frantically building. I told myself I wouldn't do this, but I put in an order for another $80 of dark tan. Yuck.
Here is what we have so far: -the entire city with city walls and docks have been built. -I have secured some blue baseplates but need some more. -Hunter Erickson has built three modules (I will designate these as d4-d6) outside the walls. Are you still coming? -the initial frame calls for 15 blue baseplates. Is anyone else able to bring any? I am going to try to have all 15. It would be fantastic if we had even more than that for a bigger wow factor. -modules, modules, modules. We are still sitting on some modules that have not been claimed (see below). Lord Mercat do you know how many you will be able to bring? High General Mythrog will you be able to bring any modules, or is dad hogging them all?
We are doing great, just need to get these modules built by someone.
Here are all the modules completed as of now: A 1, 7-13 B 6-13 C 1-13 D 4-13 E 1-13
This means, the following modules need to be built: A 2-6 B 1-5 D 1-3
So, we are missing 13 modules. Out of the fourteen, I can probably tackle some of the A modules. I would rather wait before I build them to see if we have anymore module contributions. But I really need to know, like, yesterday. Modules, B 1-5 and D 1-3 are just standard with no border.
-High General Mythrog are you still building the lighthouse?
If no one has the time or patience to claim these modules, but has the dark tan, I can build the modules on-site. My problem is not the lack of baseplates but the lack of dark tan. Set-up is going to be pretty simple and the frame should be finished by Thursday, giving us all day Friday for just figs.

I probably will not be able to pick up any additional modules. My funds are running pretty low at the moment.
Sorry!

A few more things: 1.) If you are bringing any additional LoR MOC's, please register them under our collaboration. Rather than choosing castle, LoR has its own sub-theme under collabs. It will help us have our space neatly allocated that way. 2.) Like we did last year, we will be having a LoR dinner at Willards BBQ (literally like 1,000 feet from the convention center). In looking over the schedule, and in keeping with our last year day of Friday, I am thinking Friday at 7:00pm. Is that too late for some of you? If it is, we could it at 4:30 (the live auction is from 5:30 to 7:00 and I'd love to check it out). 3.) The participants I have for our draft so far are as follows (I'm sure I've missed someone): Schmidt, Sir Caelan Munro, Lord Mercat, Drakkvonlego, nightstalker, High General Mythrog. The set we are planning on drafting is Pirates Soldier's Fort . Amazon currently has it for $26.xx and a lot of stores will price match. Is anyone else interested in drafting? Could we draft this set on Friday as well? If so, we could draft it after we eat at 7:00 or at 4:30 (assuming we eat at 7).

Im definitely gonna do the draft, even tho I may have little or no work done in with the collab. Is it possible to bring 2 of the sets? I might bring my moc from the next GC to the event tho

Quick question!
Are we suppose to register under the collab if we are assisting, and if yes how do I go about doing that?

Quick question! Are we suppose to register under the collab if we are assisting, and if yes how do I go about doing that? If you are contributing a separate MOC within the LoR collab, yes, and here's how: Your Account My Mocs "Register a MOC" at the bottom of the page Fill in Your MOC card "Where Will You Display?" is where you register for a Collab. Ignore the first window "Theme" and right underneath it use the drop-down arrow to click on the menu, then find Lands of Roawia (LoR) and select it. Now finish the rest of the process and you will be good to go.

Hey, just figured I'd stop by to see if any one could build my character and put him in the collab? The main details are that he has: Ninjago's white ninja, Zane,'s face; and normal black hair (not slick). Of course he could have a helmet. Here:
Any armor will do the trick btw. Thanks!
