Hey MB'ers!
Hope everyone's summer is off to a good start.
This month, with the 4th of July coming up (sorry UK friends), I thought a good idea for the monthly challenge would be patriotism!
Make a MOC, no larger than 16x20, showing something celebrating your motherland, be it a Lenfel feast, a Loreesi military parade, or even non-LOR castley festivities for King and Country.
Entries will be judged on build quality, fit to the theme, and presentation. Slight overhang is OK.
Deadline is July 31st.
Prize TBD.

Good throwback, Excalibur! That was a fun collaboration and it looks even cooler now, looking back at it. (I was too hung up on the difficulties of editing it at the time to fully appreciate how good it turned out, I think.)

Wow 4 years ago! That's crazy. I was also going to comment that I never realised that we had got blogged, then I clicked on the blog link (on the flickr photo) and the only comment on the blog was my own! Haha! Must have lost a few brain cells in the last four years.

Guess we're not as patriotic as we might have hoped. That an summer is a bit of a downer for build time it seems.

I have been struggling for time with work, though I have found time to buy more parts. That being said I also had a hard time coming up with inspiration or an idea for this month. Let's see what August holds. ☺

July is always a tough month to build for, for me. And I gave the GC priority, so I actually forgot about this. A pity it got no entries.
