Voted for two of the three, the future of Lenfald I will have to decide Hey not sure if it was you or someone else, but in the minifig polls I think someone only voted for one fig (there are 25 votes from 9 voters on each). Just wanted to give a friendly reminder to whoever it is that you have two votes left on each poll:) Pretty sure I voted for three, I'll double check just to make sure.

Pretty sure I voted for three, I'll double check just to make sure. Awesome, I don't think it was you but I just wanted to make sure that person has a chance to use all of their available votes (I know I would want the same thing in that situation!).

Great effort guys! Lots of really good looking entry's.
Like Caelan said, we need to make sure we are ready for the next GC. Its very important we maintain our lead over the other factions. So sharpen your bricks and, lets get ready to knock it out of the park.

Exciting news! Sorry I was unable to participate in our LC, I've been too busy to take the time to build in recent days. I'd be glad to help out with the faction history Caelan. You have a PM with a few questions regarding that.

LoR: 1st March Freebuild Eolhelm -Reboot-LoR: 1st March Freebuild Eolhelm -Reboot- by lego3364!, on Flickr Hey everyone, I've decided I didn't enjoy my plot for Eolhelm, and didn't care for the higher fantasy part of it. So here's Eolhelm[-Rebooted-]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Eolhelm "Warghunter" is a warrior of northern Lenfald. One of his "Hobbies" is hunting the stray wolves and Wargs that come out of Garheim. He's currently working for a Warlord in northern Lenfald, patrolling the Lenfald borders. Eolhelm is quick to speak, and has gotten himself in and out of trouble with it. His father was once a warrior of Lenfald before he was killed when the ship he was on sunk. Eolhelm hunted down the man responsible, who was sentenced to jail. His mother vanished years before his father died. Eolhelm is completely loyal to glorious Lenfald, and her ruler High Lord Triphian.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well that's the 'new' Eolhelm! All story updates before this are Non-Cannon for my story line. This is also my First Freebuild for March: Gary, My personal should be 17,

If I'm looking for a faction with a LotR kinda feel to it would this be a good place to join?

If I'm looking for a faction with a LotR kinda feel to it would this be a good place to join? Yes, Lands of Roawia is definitely the place for that kind of storylone and building. We don't do a lot of high magic as most of our members don't like it, but the same kind of adventure, mystery and exploration is definitely here. As far as Lenfald, you are definitely welcome to join. Each faction has not only its own colors associated, but geography and just as important, personality. Geographically, Lenfald is very much like Great Britain and Germany when they were heavily-forested, but there are sections like Scandinavia near the Garheim border and Northwestern Islands. Our colors are dark green and yellow, but variety is welome here. For building, having a lot of green and light bley helps but is not mandatory. More important is our personality; Lenfels are sturdy, freedom-loving people who are very suspicious of having too much authority placed over us. Honor and courage are prized, but if they come with an iron fist overlord pricetag, then Lenfels will have a problem and are happy to bring it up. Loyalty is also prized. Lenfels don't seek war like the Loreesi do, but once in a fight they finish it in victory. So for comparison, I would say the Riders of Rohirrim in LotR are very close, except we use a lot more stone in our construction and forests are very important to our lands. The Loreesi would claim to be Gondor in red, but overall their personalities are oriented toward conquest. For them, Honor is more important than personal freedom. They don't mind having a very authoritarian structure over themselves the way Lenfels do, so long as they are not at the bottom of that stratification. They will not tolerate Outlaws, or outcasts for that matter. Garheim just want to be left alone. They form the balancing act of LoR. Scandinavian through and through; rough, burly, and generally gruff but very open-minded. They enjoy an even and balanced governance, but are very short on resources...but they have no shortage of ice! So I'd say that's a fair and balanced answer. Of course I know Lenfald is the best faction...but that is a biased opinion

So I'd say that's a fair and balanced answer. Of course I know Lenfald is the best faction...but that is a biased opinion I am terribly sorry but I have to disagree with you, how can this be a fair and balanced answer if you left out the outlaws? indianaevan: Please define what "LotR kinda feel" is. Lenfald is described as the most noble nation of Roawia aka the freedom-loving nice guys... Boooooring! Gary compared Loreos to Gondor. Do you know which valiant warrior is from Gondor? Boromir. And he died. Coincidence*? Garheim is inhabited by bearded lads (and gals as a matter of fact). If you sat through the Hobbit movies I assume that you are already sick of this kind of fellows. If you are fond of orcs, goblins, jewelry obsessed weirdos and/or wizards then the outlaws is the perfect faction for you to join. As the motto of our cout of arms says "join the dark side, we have** bacon!" Do you need more reasons? How about that: there is an ongoing trend of people killing off their characters just to be able to join our ranks. Schmidt, our Faction Overseer is an ex-Lenfel. RBCustoms bade adieu to Loreos. Soon we need to close our faction for new members otherwise there will be only one nation inhabited. Don't hesitate, join us today! Sorry for trolling*** here in the Lenfel thread... Sincerely yours, Wolfgang *: alright, this is not fair, if a character is portrayed by Sean Bean chances are that he is gonna die anyway... **: had ***: by the way, you can be a troll too.

Sorry for trolling here in the Lenfel thread... No you're not! If it was anyone but you Adam, I'd be deleting this...but as Lenfald's newly-appointed Official Outlaw Liaison to the Outlaw Lands (known as the OO-LOL) for Lenfald, we can overlook some occasional bacon-flavored comments See your PM. ALL Lenfels, you will find the newly-posted Global Story Update to be fairly Lenfald-flavored Go check it out. Part 2 and the next GC next weekend! Get your LEGO ready to build big.

Thanks for the info everybody. I'm interested in either joining either the Lenfalds or outlaws at this point with Loreos still a possibility. My character's story (WIP) is that he washes up on shore as a rugged outlaw type of character with no memories at all of his previous life. After getting to view Rowia through a new perspective and instinctively saving an innocent man from dying (will be explained later) He believes it's a second chance and sets out on trying to help the weak and fight off evil in his own way, while also trying to discover as much about his secretive and unknown past as he can. But the few living people that know of his past might threaten to expose all of the dark and deadly skeletons in his closet. How does this sound? Does anybody have any tips on how best to introduce your character into the world of Rowia?

Here's Free Build Number Two for March! (And probably my last before this GC!) Darrenspur Militia HeadquartersAfter coming up empty-handed at the recruiter's office, Abner and Konrad began their walk back towards their respective homes. The two men were relatively silent on their journey, stopping only briefly at the crossroads where they parted ways. Konrad's home lay closer to Darrenspur proper than did Abner's. On his way home, Abner passed by a sturdy brick and stone building equipped with a parapet and central tower- Darrenspur's militia headquarters. Abner peered curiously at the men patrolling the rooftop. Alongside the militiamen stood a ranger, and Abner knew he was not there alone. Abner did not know what his fellow rangers were doing guarding a militia building, but that question would have to be answered at a later time. Now it was on home to Serena for a hot supper and some much-needed rest before the next eventful day. Second March free build for Lenfald.

Lands of Roawia: March Freebuild #2: Back to Bladefall
Lands of Roawia: March Freebuild #2: Back to Bladefall by lego3364!, on Flickr The sounds of small animals padding through the Lenfald woods, broke the silence as Eolhelm, Eurisia, and Aealias approached the city of Bladefall. It was mid afternoon and the sun was begining to set. Sending many different colors streaming through the trees and vines. Eolhelm put his knife back in his sheif as they approached the city. "Back to Bladefall at last," sighed Eurisia, "I love the woods of Lenfald, but it will be good to have a warm meal and bed again." "Yes it will," Agreed Eolhelm as they stepped through the main gate and into the bustling city of Bladefall. "But before we go enjoy that meal, we need to report back to Lord Ecethlon. The messenger said that he requested us to come to him as soon as we arrive." And with those words the Three companions turned toward the Great Hall of Bladefall. ---------------------------------------------------- Well this will be my last Freebuild until after I enter into the Global Challenge. Gary, This should get my points total to 19.
