Well I live in the Ottawa area, Canada's Capital I have to give you Cannucks props. I've been to Ottawa twice, both over the July 1st weekend and obligatory Canada Day celebration. It was awesome both times. The second time, in 1998, I took my wife and we stayed at a hotel overlooking Parliament. I knew Ottawa was amazingly clean, but after wandering around on Canada Day with all the other celebrants, with the trash and litter everywhere, I figured, well there's no way they'll get all this clean any time soon... I was awoken on July 2 at 0400 by machines, looked out and there was an army of street sweepers out there. THe next day walking around Parliament and downtown I looked for anything. Nothing, cleaner than any American city I have ever seen. Not. One. Cigarette butt. Impressive! You should come for 2017. It's the big 150 and they are gearing up like crazy for it. Although the LRT doesn't officially open for use till 2018. Still the transit system in Ottawa is top notch considering how wide the City itself is and I do agree...I don't know how they do it...but they always keep the City super clean. Also next time you come, let me know...we can go for drinks in the Market.

I'm from a small town on the southern tip of New Jersey. It's a huge tourist destination. You may have heard of Wildwood or even Stone Harbor and Avalon. All within 15 minutes of me. And Cape May is about 25 minutes. I did some beach restoration work over there and we were based out of Wildwood. That was my first exposure to a "Boardwalk". We were there off-season, but still interesting! You have to see the crowds during the summer season. They are crazy. There are actually 4 or 5 boardwalks with in 40 minutes of me.

Nothing. Literally nothing. Apparently people know about Lego licenses and new sets before the employees on a regular basis. And I want to keep this job...but I don't know anything you don't.

Me I just did a 9 day stretch at over 100 hours. I am a chef for a retirement community and as always we are short stafed. Since I am no a lead/entry leval manager my hours increased by 10-20 hours a payperiod...
Great for lego, Bad for well being...

Well, completely off topic to anything, but. It is apparently my birthday today . I'll post a loot pic on flickr a little later. Oh and for those of you who are not 17 yet, it sadly feels no different than 16.
