LC19 - Garheim - Havenhill on Fire

Kroth Stonegrinder and squire Lanseril Snowmantle were returning to Havenhill after the his second campaign against the Outlaws. As his horse was trotting the final few minutes he was reflecting on all the destruction that has had witnessed since the death of his previous lord. First the destruction of Havenhill's main gate at the hand of Agmund the Wise's giant serpent and then two campaigns against the Outlaws. He was looking forward to returning home, knowing that there would be more work ahead to free his homeland. What he was not prepared for was as he can around the final bend was the sight of Havenhill in flames. The flames seemed to be as tall as the highest tower. The shock was so great that he almost dropped his sword from his right hand. As his squire rounded the corner, the surprise and horror were so great that he fell to one knee. All of this time battling and now to see this. Kroth quickly regained his composure and called for the men that had fallen a little behind with his increased pace, that they needed to double time it back to Havenhill. As the lord of the town, he knew that there was not a moment to lose. . .
