Well I cleared all the cookies and than I couldn't log in at all... and now I allowed them all again we're back to ground zero. Is it possible that one particular coookies is to blame or something like that?

For Firefox, you'd go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Remove Individual Cookies and then search for Merlins-beard.com and remove all cookies. That should reset it.
For Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > General > Delete (under "Browsing History"). Keep in mind that this will clear any saved passwords you have to other sites as well, so make sure you have them written down or remember them.
Other browsers, you can probably find help online. In any case, I think it's a browser issue on your end. Sorry we can't help from the forum side of things.
I use Google Chrome... and yes, I think I was disabling them: should I try deleting them? I'm afraid I might not be able to sign in at all then, since I couldn't when I disabled all of them. I guess I could just get used to this .

You need cookies to save your login information so that it knows you're signed in, which is why disabling them keeps you from logging in. Don't worry about deleting them. Your browser makes a new one when you log in again. It's likely that the current cookie has an error in it or something.
