My Target had them for $3.29 last time I was there. Everywhere else I've seen is $3.99 though. I see them for 3.99 everywhere except Target, where theyre 2.99.

$2.99 US at my local Targets. I was actually dreading the dollar mark-up, but was surprised to see them priced the same. I suspect they're testing out the new price in different markets to see how it effects sales or something like that.

They're all £2.50 here, which is now normal price. I haven't seen them cheaper, heck, I've hardly seen them around, except in big shops.

With all of you guys talking about the high marked up prices, I think I should head on over to Target today and pick-up as many as I can before they start getting too expensive.

First: The lipstick on the lady cyclops is stupid. I initially thought I could have a rival tribe for my current cyclops faction, but the lipstick and beauty mark make that figure pretty much worthless, IMO.
Second: The king is AMAZING, especially the new cloak design and crown! Though I am slightly disappointed that the crown comes with hair attached. Torso print is a bit much, but overall, a very neat fig. Will get a couple for sure.
Third: Goblin is insane! I am going to buy a GOB of them (get it?). This will really be useful for a Clash of Clans MOC at some point. Bag included!
Fourth: Evil wizard... Woah! Maybe overkill on the skull pattern usage, but will definitely get 1 or 2 of them.
Fifth: Egyptian - cool sword, and a new shield mold? Or is it just the standard shield upside-down? Looks bigger than the existing shield to me. May or may not buy, but interesting possibilities for future castle lines with the shield.
Sixth: Construction worker - Another fig with short sleeve print, and a new wood-grain tile. Head is good for castle, so I might pick one of these up. Fingers crossed that the wood-grain tiles can be bulk bought at some point in the future!
Seventh: Forgot to comment on the snake charmer's new turban (hooray, Loreos!) as well as the new snake mold. Much cooler than any existing snakes, which are not very useful.

AK_Brickster Yeah, that Female Cyclops is just awful, but the Goblin and King definitely make up for it. What I'm really excited to see is how builders will mix the Goblin parts with the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit ones. I think it with a Moria Orc would make a pretty awesome character. I also think that the Fencer's and Samurai Lady's parts will be very useful.

the lady cyclops lipstick can be easily removed with a bit of isopropyl alcohol, 99% on a q-tip,
i can do a tutorial once these guys come out and i settle down a bit.

My favorite would be that king! As a minifigure, he is awesome, and his beard, face and cape would be quite useful, as for the torso or the hat, well the hat would go fine on anyone with that beard, but not separate, and the suit could be used for courtiers, or jester, or even knights on parade, anyway he is awesome! Next I like the snake charmer (I like snakes!) useful turban, useful snake, cool face and ok suit. Nice minifigure! Next would be the sheriff and the lumber dude. Both cool. Overall a nice series, and the king might be my favorite minifigure yet! Hope I get him!

I find it disappointing that they're re-treading very similar ground so soon (alien trooper, space trooper, cowboy) when they are so many different figures that they could still be doing (sports, music, historical, fantasy, occupations etc).
Best fig: King... or goblin (though personally feel that he should have over-moulded short legs)
Worst fig: Female samurai - no new parts, not even a new headgear/hairpiece!
But I'm sure I'll end up picking up a number of them. Keep fighting the 'completist' urge, but when you buy 12-14 of a series, it seems madness not to complete it...

The Cyclops and the punk girl (IMO the worst ones) don't have new molds either you know.
