Reminder - your troops should be relevantly-themed to your faction. For example, only outlaws would have orcs and wizards in their ranks. Shirtless spearman with red plumes probably are best suited for Loreos, etc. This is not just a "I declare all of my minifigs for my faction" thread.

Ok so it's been just over a year since I posted my Lenfel army and it has grown considerably since then! (I've removed the pictures from my previous post here but left the links if you want to see the changes.) Anyway in response to certain comments about how Lenfald is apparently weak, I've finally been motivated to organise and post my updated army! Enjoy! Huscarls and Highlanders. Whether from the feudal or clan systems, these men are no farmers, they are the professional warriors of Lenfald and the backbone of any army. (38 heavy infantry/cavalry) Shock Infantry. The tallest, strongest and most heavily armoured of the infantry, these elite warriors specialise in breaking enemy shield-walls. (16 very heavy infantry)
Regular Militia. The militia or fyrd of Lenfald make up the bulk of any army. Equipment and training varies from region to region and the men only serve part time or in times of need. (25 medium infantry)
Pike Militia. These men are killers of cavalry, armed with a pike twice the height of a man and a kettle helm. They are usually formed from the militia or fyrd and given extra training for their specialised role. (34 pike infantry)
Irregulars. Rangers, Scout Snipers and Woodsmen, the forests of Lenfald can be a dangerous place for enemies of the state. Usually armed with the longbow the country is famous for, these men and women, when shielded by heavy infantry, give a Lenfel army a hefty long range punch. Also commonly used as scouts. (21 Irregulars)
Knights. Somewhat atypical of Lenfel cavalry, these heavily armed and armoured Knights form a mobile iron fist on the battlefield. (14 very heavy cavalry)
Total Army Size: 148 troops. (Note: no figure or weapon/part has been used twice! The whole army can be assembled together if required!

At the bottom of the post, it has the most recent update date, which is May 2015, so no, I would venture to guess that the totals are not current. Anyone who would like to volunteer to do an update and post the results here is welcome to do so!

But as they have stated above, some minifigs just don't fit into the Loreesi. For example, the rangers on the right are green, and would be seen more as Lenfel than Loreesi. The same with the halberdeers, they would most likely be seen in Garheim, not Loreos. I don't want to sound hypocritical, but Loreos' color is red, while Lenfald and Garheim have green amd blue, respectively. But your Loreesi minifigs look very nice.

Also, remember the current GC! I know that this post is meant to be total numbers, but would this also be a good place for pictures from the Restricted or Bignette categories?
For anyone who hasn't posted pics of their total army yet, such as me, use 1 stone to kill 2 birds?

GC XIV / Restricted / Loreesi Blood Helms Ronnet Oresbane of White Desert by THEDONALD13, on Flickr Ronnet Oresbane of White Desert and his regiment of Red Helms. Each of the party patrols the Southern Reach to stem the tide of wandering Outlaws into Loreesi lands. 20 Mounted archers and 10 lancers are near impossible to counter in the open lands of the South. The legend of the Red Helms is that during the Ork civil wars their unit cut down so many of the Green Skins that their helms were soaked in the blood of the slain and they have kept the tradition up ever since. GC XIV / Unrestricted / Lord Stout's Northern Command GC XIV / Unrestricted / Lord Stout's Northern Command by THEDONALD13, on Flickr Loreos is most known for it's cavalry, but they can bring to bear ground troops to support extendend campaigns. One of the largest garrisons is based at Northgate Reserve a facility on the North side of Stowburn mountain. Northgate Reserve has been a bastion of Loressi defense in the Northeast. She has seen her fair share of sieges, but she has never been taken. In times of war and invasion the local population flocks to her protective bosom for safety. Lord Stout is currently the steward of garrison and his Son Gerrick leads the Stowburn Pride, the Cavalry arm of their forces. Together they take their men out for maneuvers and training. ------------------------------------- Pictured above - Stowburn men 15 Pikemen 18 Heavy Infantry 17 Longbow men 10 Crossbowmen 3 Commanders & bannermen 8 Barded Pride Riders 3 Lord Stout's Command unit 5 Aerani Salus Men 35 Spearmen 10 Heavy Infantry 10 Command unit
