I like breaking up the figures, but that's just me . I will go with either decision. Also yes accessories should be separate lots. Can't wait this is going to be fun

I would greater prefer to have everything as individual lots on the minifig side

Just to complicate I like full figures in a lot. As in, 1 full minifig is 1 pick. Weapons, armor, and accessories are all separate. 1 fig = legs, torso, head, and hat/hair (the big dude is a little more, of course)

I'm going to go ahead and purchase 6 sets for those who are signed up so far, just to make sure we don't miss out on the sale price (also the order limit is 2, so I'll have to make a few orders a day apart each). Please send me $60 via PayPal. Pm me if you don't have my info already.

My first order has processed and is on the way. However it still won't let me buy more through Amazon. Anyone willing to purchase two and have them sent to my address? I'll still handle collecting the money and will send you $60 to cover the second set.
Edit - nevermind. Target's price is the same and they also offer free shipping with no quantity limit.

Darn... I had a great time with the recent Jambalaya, but the only piece in this set that looks appealing is the front door and I'm definitely spending $30 to possibly get 10 of those. Anyways, count me in when Lego finally releases a new castle series.

I think you'd be surprised at how good the loot can be from a large draft like this. Even if it's not a "specialty part", sometimes it's just nice to be able to get your hands on big piles of parts. Using 6 sets, this draft will have 96 dark bley 1x2 slopes (rock work burns through those like crazy - you can never have enough!), 66 dark red 1x2 bricks, 60 bley "big cheese" slopes, 30 dark tan 1x2 masonry bricks, 54 gold katanas (6+3 extras per set), 48 1x2x3 reddish brown windows, etc.

Also, I'm currently out $360 dollars of my own money in fronting the purchase of these sets, so the sooner that people can start sending payment, the happier my bank account will be

Oh, also-also, I have a spreadsheet started that is generated from the BrickLink inventory list. It was a pretty simple thing to add a column that multiplies the per-set parts counts by 6 (or however many we end up with), and another column for a "lot number" designation. For now, I have all of the fig parts separated out individually (we can tweak later if we decide to go with full figs), and I've also added in the extras as according to BrickLink, though I'll verify that all of those extras are actually present and accounted for in those lots. Once all is confirmed and finalized, I can post the Excel to Google Docs so that everyone can view it, though I'll keep editing permissions locked just so nobody accidentally (or deliberately! ) messes up someone else's previous picks. There are currently 337 lots! This means that each person will be guaranteed FIFTY SIX picks (337/6) if nobody else signs up!

My Lug-mate Dave (Cape Madness) is in for 2 shares. His vote is for fig parts. My friend Bigger Jim is in for 2 shares. His vote is for fig parts.

Thanks Excalibur and Curt. The first 2 sets are arriving today (from Amazon) and the remaining 6 (from Target) are in transit.
I'm going to close signups a week from today (6/20/17). At most, we'll allow two more people, for a total of ten.
