My attempt at making a dragonman/draconian. I have enough Brick Warriors parts for 5 of them. I used a plain red torso with dark red arms and hands. Printing on the torso would be almost completely hidden by the armor, so I didn't bother trying to use any printed torso. I also only have one set of the pants he is currently wearing. I chose yellow eyes, but maybe a more orange-ish color would have worked. Brick Warriors needs to get into the screen printing game with their parts. I may upgrade him in the future. Also, if custom minifigs belong in a different section, let me know Dragonman by Quickblade22, on Flickr

Looks great! The paint on the eyes/teeth is well done. I like that trouser print too. Cool to see another CCer on MB too!

I learned that technique from Lamanda at CC. I'm not sure if I want to try to paint the wings or more of the head yet. I was tempted to add an black slit in the eye to make it look more serpentine. I don't go on forums much, but when most of the cool kids came here from CC, I wanted to follow the action.

He looks pretty great! You might consider trying to get the paint on the upward-facing tooth to come all the way down to the mouth. It looks like there's a small gap there at the moment.
I'd also think about painting the claw on the wing (black, perhaps?) as well as the spines on the bridge of the nose (subtly, maybe with a slightly darker red).
I think a black slit for a pupil would look great. You might try to do that with a super-fine-point sharpie marker for better control though. Inside the nostril with black paint would also be good.
