keep both, make a big ass wave crashing into the new side, explains the difference as there is a slight "stone break" there. Thank you pyro; I like this suggestion. I have been wanting to put some significant splashing there (I didn't consider it as a way to explain away the difference in building style) but I am not sure I'll have enough water pieces to even cover the sea without yet another BL order. It's something I'll be keeping in mind at least. I actually got a lot done on this last weekend but the lighting in my room leaves me with such grainy photos I felt I should spare you the photo this time. The new rocks are done and the castle has been reassembled with the left wall being extended to match the length of the right one. I also added some 'trim' that I am hoping helps break up the bley a little. Now I just need water, foliage, possibly a small tower, and to stick by my decision not to redo the rocks on the right....

Amazing fortress, str0ngbad. I'd say keep both sides of the rock-work, they look pretty good to me and with the castle in its place it'll be pretty hard to tell anyway.

This looks pretty incredible! I like the classic rockwork design, it works very well.

Thanks guys. Here is my final WIP pic. I only need to finish off a strip of the sea I missed on the right, add a border, and get a good picture. I'm really happy with how it has turned out but if anyone has a suggestion that could improve it, I would love to hear it. This will be my first build to get some window time! Really great job, SB. My only suggestion for future consideration would be to not have the build split in half so symmetrically with regard to cliff vs. beach. It just seems to be divided a bit too perfectly in half with cliff on one side of the tower's "edge", and sand on the other half. Other than that, I really like this build. Everything is well-built, lots of good details and architecture, and the shape of the tower is really unique. Well done and congrats on the window time
