I would also like to request combining
Reddish Brown Hinge Brick 1 x 4 Swivel Base and Reddish Brown Hinge Brick 1 x 4 Swivel Top

Good call on putting the two hinge parts together as a lot. I'm fine with splitting duplicate minifig elements, or leaving them together.

I am ok with how everything looks. Also I agree with Excalibusr, in combineing the hinges as a single lot.

Great idea on the hinges. As an added host bonus, I am including 2 sets of the Hobbit, Riddles for the Ring, to be sorted and included in the draft at no additional charge. That's my little thank you to each drafter.
I recommend we make each complete gollum figure one pick. Any thoughts on that?

Hey all, I'm about half way through the master list. Question: Is it necessary to upload a picture of the draft pieces at this time? In the last draft I held, we didn't use the photo, because it served relatively little purpose. I understand some of you may be a little wary of not having a draft photo in place that is constantly updated (due to previous experiences), however I feel I have enough established draft feedback now that I am trustworthy in hosting drafts. The reason I ask is, if we just go off the master list on FLICKR (and don't want on a sorting photo), then we could start this afternoon. (yes, as in, today ) If, for some reason though, you want to wait on a draft photo, it will be a few extra days for me to get everything in the right place and photographed. Just let me know. It would be great to start tonight. We could have the draft finished and pieces shipped before the end of February. Get back and let me know.

Draft photo not a nessesity, expesically seeing we have had a problem with flickr in ever draft. The way it got on the last draft using the google docs spreadsheet worked out great. I would rather you put an extra day in an creat the spread sheet made it a snap to see who choose, whos turn it was, etc... Just my feelimg on the mater

I don't feel that a picture is necessary. When do you plan to generate the draft order? And it will be a 1-8, then 8-1 and so on, draft order, correct?

Hey Curt, I am sorry but I have no idea how to operate Google Docs. Never used it in my life. I will look into it and research it for the next draft. I have the master list completed already, just working on the formatting now. I am out of town the next four days, so I have no access to a computer and will just have my phone (which is what I always use to update the list and make my picks).
I don't feel that a picture is necessary. When do you plan to generate the draft order? And it will be a 1-8, then 8-1 and so on, draft order, correct? I will generate the draft order as soon as I finish the formatting on the list. I probably have another hour left on the formatting.
After the list is finished, I will give everyone ample time to look over it and make sure it is correct (I am a human and I do make mistake ). Once everyone is satisfied with the list, we can start the draft.

Hey guys I just generated the order from random.org I randomly generated who would roll 1-8. Then I generated 8 rolls for everyone and used the eighth roll for a truly random number. Here were the results. (I hate picking on the middle ) Jacksonwilliams - 6 Ludzik - 7 Schmidt - 5 Lilcurt - 1 Happer36 - 2 Soccer kid - 4 Excalibur - 3 Falsus - 8 That means the draft order is like this. 1.) Lilcurt 2.) happer36 3.) Excalibur 4.) Soccerkid 5.) Schmidt 6.) Jacksonwilliams 7.) Ludzik 8.) falsus
