What should we expect the packaging to be, a box, or a padded envelope?

A small to medium-sized padded envelope should be suitable, but if I can find a small box, then that would be easier for each participant to reuse, so I will try to do that.

So just two more participants before we start?

I know you're excited, but the first post clearly states the conditions for starting, so why ask a question that is already answered?

Great! Once one more person joins, I'll generate the first shipping list. More people can continue to sign up while the package is in-transit.

My bad AK, don't mean to sound annoying. This will be my first time participating in a jambalaya, so I'm stoked.

Ok everyone, we have enough people to get started. Please PM your address to me and I will randomly generate the shipping order. To those who still want to join, feel free to sign up and I will add you to the route. for those signed up who are new to the forum, please include some sort of trade reference. Have you completed trades on other sites? Is there feedback posted about you somewhere? For the consideration of the other participants, I need to verify that you will not just receive the package and disappear.

I generated a random list to determine the shipping order.
Since legodude is the only international participant, I put him last on the list, in case any other international participants join while the package is in transit. That way, we only have to ship it "across the pond" once.
Unfortunately, that means that ludzik gets stuck with paying the extra shipping, so I think we should all contribute one small item to a separate "For Ludzik" bag to help compensate him for the extra cost.
1 Excalibur 2 Josh 3 Schmidt 4 lilcurt 5 Jarek 6 Lord Mercat 7 Jackson of Garheim 8 Yorick 9 ludzik 10 legodude632
I will plan on sending the package to Excalibur tomorrow afternoon, and will send him Josh's address.

If you can keep a few minifigs out, you can still participate. It should be a pretty minimal time commitment
