I am EDIT* 70% sure a lot of the Loreesi voted for theirselves. If they didn't, I apologize, but that Loreos wone every category is astounding.

I am 90% sure a lot of the Loreesi voted for theirselves. If they didn't, I apologize, but that Loreos one every category is astounding. I think that is probably the one thing I didn't like as much about having the polling. With it being anonymous, it makes it much, much easier to vote for your own faction without feeling guilty. I personally would not do this, and I am not saying that anyone else in LoR would do this, but this is definitely a factor that you are bringing into play by making the voting completely anonymous. Gideon's entry was quite a worthy one, although I must say that I am a bit surprised at the disparity between his and Digger's. Both were quality builds, with some great techniques, and to my mind they were on similar levels of excellence. Seeing one get 4 times as many votes definitely came as a surprise. Again, I'm not accusing any of the Loreesi of cheating, because they had some fantastic entries. I just wanted to throw in some thoughts for the KC to consider for the next GC. I realize that we had more votes in this one than ever before (I think, anyway), but it might not be a bad idea to switch back to the old PM system.

Interesting thoughts guys. I wouldn't be quick to blame anyone without knowing the facts. As for the way we did the voting before, I liked it because of all the awesome stats we got at the end. They were half the fun in knowing who won the contest! Sir Valiant~

Thanks to everyone who voted for my entry! I'm actually a bit surprised that this build turned out so well since it was basically forced on me when my sigfig was injured. And great job digger1221, [T]itus & SSchmidt, those were some awesome builds as well So glad to be part of this great community!

A noobish question: Is winning a GC worth any personal points?
