Hey! Just wanted to let you know that I won't be participating. As some of you know, I was interested with this in the beginning, and I've been trying to decide for the past week or two, but my LEGO budget has been used for other things lately, and I just don't think a draft is a good idea for me at the time being. Thanks anyway, though. And good luck with finding the final two participants!

No problems with him drafting through your account, just so long as we know who is drafting what!
Also ... when we draft are we getting the entire lot pf the particular part, or are we splitting lots.

Are there any recommendations of draft lots and what should be split (if anything)
Draft order has been determined using random.org .
Schmidt - 5 lilcurt - 6 RBCustoms - 3 Excalibur - 2 thedonald13 - 4 happer36 - 1
So the draft order will look like this.
1.) happer36 2.) Excalibur 3.) RBCustoms 4.) thedonald13 5.) Schmidt 6.) lilcurt

Here is what I suggest:
- Split up the horse bar dings and battle-helms
- Split up all minifigures into their individual lots (ie. torso assemblies, heads , headgear, ect.)
- Include all spare parts (as individual lots) as well, as they may be useful

I would recommend the horses and barding be split into sub-lots and I think all the Minifig parts split per the standard method (as covered by RBC)

Drat last... oh well. Standard spliting is fine with me. Horses 3 lots of 2 works for me.
Rbc what do you mean by spare parts as individual lots?

In every draft I have been involved in they are included. They go in the same lot as the part they are a spare for.for example, mirkwood elf army we had extra weapons and they went into the weapons lot and i split that into multiple lots of 9. Make sence?

Yes. I didn't realize that's what you did (with those). Thanks for clarifying that for me.

Are those spare parts listed on the standard parts inventory ? Also, as far as split lots ... are we doing 3 lots of 2 or 2 lots of 3 (horses and barding)? Either way I am fine with.

Spare parts have never been on the true Lego inventory or instructions. I am fine either way with the split though 3 lots of 2 may be best.

Hey guys,
I suggest the following
Horses are split into 2 lots of three.
Bardings are split into 3 lots of two.
I think this would make more since as far as the value of them on, say, bricklink.
I do not think any other lot needs to be split up.
