What do you love to build in the castle theme?
I love building landscapes, especially when it comes to building rocks and water.

1st Minifigs. Minifigs. Minifigs
2nd Keeps with a good mix of playability, accessability and realistic design. Everything has to navigatable by a minifig. Bit of an obsession that.

Landscapes are great fun, especially rocks and trees. Minifigs, of course, are great, and the odd interior keeps things different.

I like building landscape, but interiors are by far my favorites. And Minifigs of course! How not to love them?

Just About everything! I did however find out last night that I need more brown and tan for my Tudor builds! thought I had enough in one small drawer but I blew through it to build my tavern.

I agree 100% on all points. I've done a few convention builds where I didn't follow the "must be navigable" rule, but it bugs me to do that.

I think it is when you try and make fantasy as real as possible.

Landscapes and minifigs. As of now I don't really have the parts to build full on castles and interiors, so landscapes an minifigs at all I really can do ATM.

It may be weird, but I just love to do grass/ground cover more than any other thing. But, I enjoy messing around with minifigs quite a bit too.

I also love building ground cover, as I find it fun to put in all that foliage.

I love two things: - Scenes brimming with action and adventure!
- Architecture. Adding complexity to the simplest of structures, such as walls.

Hmm...this is a tough call...but I would say:
1. Scenes built for and with forced perspective in mind. Just because its more of a challenge and adds a variety of depth to a build...even if its extremely time consuming.
2. Action packed scenes (Battles, Sieges, etc)
3. Architecture scenes (City scapes, towns, villages...castles) and interior builds.

I like doing landscapes though I am not a fan of rocks and architecture.
On that note: What does everyone NOT like to build in castle?
I am not a fan of Minifigs I would rather build a house or building than populate it with figs. Even with my big castle I built for Brickcon, I had to barrow figs from AK.

I'm not a fan of some elements of doing landscapes...sometimes they are difficult to get things to look right or even to stay in the spot you placed them when you go to take a photo.
