Even if the queens henchman were harrassing the land for weeks, the Roawains made it possible to reinforce for the necessary counterstrike. When the time was right, Paul von Brickenstein landed with his troops at the royal island. They marched into catapult range to the Royal Castle and prepared for a siege. GCVII - Restricted - TrebuchetBut the leaders thought, a siege could take month and it was to risky to wait for such a long time, because the evil troops were still plundering the mainland. So they decided to take the castle in one directly rushed attack. In the beginning it seems to be possible, that they could win, with their siege towers and the huge number of soldiers. GCVII - Unrestricted - Siege of the Royal Castle But during the fight it suddenly happened. Paul von Brickenstein was fighting in the first row, when in an moment of unthoughtfulness the sword of his opponent pierced his chainmail. His knights could pull him away from the battlefield. But then he was lying in the mud, bleeding and suffering in pain. The worst thing was, he could not help the lands of Roawia with his sword in this battle anymore. The only thing that was left, was his half full bottle of finest Whisky from the highmoores of Lenflad... GCVII - Vignette - SufferingFor the glory of Lenfald ! Disco86

Very cool entry's! It's awfully dumb for the queens men to leave the gate open without a way to close it though.

Once again, your work is lovely Disco! Very clean building and your siege engines look very sturdy and powerful. Great to have three complete entries again for Lenfald. Keep up the great work!
Happy Building, Sir Valiant~
