Link to MOC Forum Post Chip Oakenbrow was traveling through the woodlands of Lenfald when he ran into something that he was not expecting: a dragon. Despite their small size, the dragons in those parts were known for their ferocity and savageness. If Chip wished to escape unscathed, he would need to fight the battle of his life. This build is for Heroes Guild J2. I wanted to try to create a small dragon. Thanks for viewing!

Mages Guild J2 -- Birth Drakk had taken the dragon’s egg to the secluded monastery of the Order of the Shadow Fire while he had studied at the College of Magic. At the monastery it lay undisturbed, guarded by the Order and hidden in a secret cave until Drakk could return. It was not long after Drakk had received his honors from the College, that the egg began to stir. Drakk, although many miles away, felt a strange pull to return to monastery. When he arrived, he stood in the doorway to the chamber in which he had hidden his gift from his mother. The flames that incubated the egg flared with sudden intensity as the shell exploded. A tiny hatchling lay on the stand which had previously held the egg. Drakk approached the dragon and took it into his arms as a protective father might cradle a newborn. After several moments the dragon stretched, yawned, and lazily opened it eyes to stare at Drakk. "Well put me down pinkskin, and get some meat will you? I’m starving." A voice spoke inside his mind. Drakk blinked in surprise.

For the masons guild, do you also have to show your character building, planning the structure?

Journeyman - 3 MOCs: 1) Dockside meeting with leader to take on a commission (will encourage dock/port building vs just ship with seascape) 2) Your vessel weathering a severe storm, or encountering enemies at sea (some vessels may be renowned for speed over power) 3) Your crew completing the commission Master - 3 MOCs: 1) Your crew getting paid for completion and obtaining another vessel(s) 2) Encountering sea monster(s) (doesn't have to only be serpents or larger animals- could be evil/dangerous mermaids, whirlpools, etc. mainly an uncontrollable danger) 3) Your character's fleet facing off against an enemy fleet (or more organized enemy)
Also, please welcome our new assistant guildmaster, jman44, who tirelessly helped me come up with the new guilds and building tasks. He will be assisting me in keeping the guild hall records up-to-date.

Cool! BTW can I switch guilds and scrap all the work I have done so far on the Heroes guild (which isn't much)?

Cool! BTW can I switch guilds and scrap all the work I have done so far on the Heroes guild (which isn't much)? It looks like you've only done the first entry, correct? If so, then I'm OK with resetting your Heroes guild back to zero so that you can start one of the new guilds, if you like. Then, if you want to do the Heroes guild again at a later time, you'll have to submit a new build for the A1 task. Sound fair?

Great new guilds! Although when I finally get around to doing some guild builds it should be for the merchants guild as it would fit my character and give me a great opportunity to flesh out his backstory.
A question for the guild masters btw: Shouldn't the entry submitting instructions in the first post be updated with MB/LoR terminology...?

AII entry for the Heroes' Guild:Into GarheimSithric decided to wander north. He had been surrounded by the lush lenfel forests all of his life and had a burning desire to see the snowy crags of Garheim. There had always been a stony peace between the two countries, but he wasn't sure how friendly a reception he'd receive. He decided his best chances for an easy passage lay in passing through the misty valleys. After two day's hiking across moors, dodging patrols and brigands, he came across a small outpost protecting an ancient bridge across a small creek. The blue-clad guards eyed the stranger suspiciously as he carefully negotiated the steep slope leading down to the creek, the squeaking from a nearby carter's wheels and the gurgling of the water being the only sounds adding to the eerie tension. Hopefully, they'd hear him out before trying to run him through... Thanks for viewing!

I finally decided to start looking into joining one of the guilds - you know, maybe the Heroes Guild or the Masons Guild... and then I see the two new ones!!! Expect an Assassins Guild entry from me soon. By the way, do I just apply with the A1 challenge? I read the rules, but I'm still confused on that part.
