This week was definitely not the best. To begin it my grandmother went to the hospital with a low heart rate. Then my dad's fiancé while on a trip down to Maryland to sell a horse got into an accident. The horse was already dropped off, but the truck and trailer are totaled. The axel on the trailer broke causing it to roll but it gave the truck enough momentum to roll 2.5 times. But even though it seemed bad everything is turning out better. My grandmother got a pacemaker put in and will be coming home tomorrow. My dad's fiancé and her friend are alright and they both are recovering. All I can say is everything turned out well enough and it just goes to show you how quickly things can change. And it makes you appreciate the little things in life.

It's the little things that matter.

Quite funny how you just over look them.

Yes, it is.
I went to Canadian thanksgiving with family, and learned about some intense stuff they are dealing with, and I almost got stuck in a logging road in the middle of nowhere, but I made it out. My headphones died. My visa card stopped working, but the bank fixed it. Life gets chaotic all the time, the unexpected never ends. Just stay strong.

My apartment got flooded by a broken pipe in the unit above me and it looks like I'll be displaced for up to 3 months while they do repairs. Do I win?

Relatively sorted and bagged/boxed up as of last night. We managed to catch just about all of the water as it came out of the walls/ceiling/light fixtures, but they have to now remove and replace all of the drywall because there isn't a good way to dry it out, and in Seattle we will get mold if it isn't taken care of properly.
Meeting with my insurance agent (old college roommate) this afternoon to see what they can do as far as covering my living arrangements in the meantime.
